Mets starting rotation to start the season

Over at Metsblog.com

Matthew Cerrone writes

"
Following today’s win over the Dodgers, Willie Randolph told reporters he will use the following rotation through the first week of the season…

Sunday: Tom Glavine at St. Louis
Monday: off day
Tuesday: Orlando Hernandez at St. Louis
Wednesday: John Maine at St. Louis
Thursday: off day
Friday: Oliver Perez in Atlanta
Saturday: Tom Glavine in Atlanta
Sunday: Orlando Hernandez in Atlanta
Monday: John Maine vs. Phillies, in home opener"

Congratulations to John Maine, and Oliver Perez, we all knew you were going to be in the starting rotation but now its official. All I can say is it's time for The Mets starting pitching to go out there and show the rotation is not a question and can be dominant.

Also at metsblog.com I found this out.

That The Mets announced that Joe Smith, and Aaron Sele have made the team in the pen, and that Ben Johnson and Anderson Hernandez have been cut and sent to minor league spring training. The Mets still have a spot open on the bullpen, and there as of now it looks like Milledge will make the team.

Hats off to Metsblog for the info
