Phillies need to put up or shut up
The Phillies again are calling there shots.. The latest Ryan Howard..

Here are Howard's comments
“It was shocking because other people weren’t expecting him to say it,” Howard said. “He’s basically saying what everyone feels. Everybody in this locker room feels we have a great team this year. We got a chance to do a lot of good stuff. Jimmy was the one who came out and said it. When he said it, it opened up a lot of people’s eyes.”
Phillies need to take some advice from The Braves. Just because you feel you are the best team that dosn't mean you can come out trash talking the team that just beat you by 16 games. It's great that you think adding a pitcher who had a 4.5 ERA last year, and a guy who has never pitched over 200 innings makes your rotation "deep" but that dosn't mean anything. Talk is cheap and until you prove it on the field that you are the best team, you have no right to call out the division champs. Writers want to talk about The Mets problems... Lets talk about The Phillies problems..
There starting rotation..
Freddy Garcia-Injuries throughout spring whats his ERA? Have fun pitching in CBP
Jamie Moyer-Who's older him or Julio Franco? I forgot
Brett Myers-I'm not going to lie he's pretty dam good but he's still not as good as Glavine
Adam Eaton-What a waste of money.. The guy is always injured and hasn't proved to be any good
Cole Hamels-Great prospect not going to lie he's pretty good.. and will prob have a great year
There rotation is basically The Mets rotation with less upside..
The Mets think there bullpen is in bad shape? The Phillies bullpen has Tom Gordon who is always injured and after that nobody..
The Phillies in 2007 remind me of The Braves in 2006, they both have good offenses and good starting pitching. But what killed The Braves? Their bullpen.. wake up Philly that bullpen is HORRIBLE..
We can do all the lineup comparisons we want, we can go posistion by posistion. The Mets are the better team, and will show it this year.
David Wright said it best
“The Phillies, they can come out and talk as much as they want,” Wright said. “Until they prove it on the field, then it’s just talk. As far as throwing out predictions and talking about it, talk is very, very cheap.”

"There" when referring to people is "their".
I'm not going to lie I always mess that up, and I actually can use that advice.
